In celebration of 30 years of ‘Second Summer of Love’ - Adidas takes a trip to Ibiza to explore a time when raves weren’t overpriced but full of Acid House and less EDM. What Adidas found in their archives were different models that get a spezial treatment just in time for the incoming rave season.
This Adidas Glenbuck SPZL was inspired by an adidas mid-80s runner that was recently found in the stash of an adidas collector. The Adidas vintage sneaker is made from lightweight nylon and pigskin suede with a green deconstructed tongue and upper construction while the light pink and blue 3-Stripes are webbed, and the blue Trefoil logo is printed on the grey leather heel. The pair comes with Bill Shankly's birth date printed on the inside. The EVA foam midsole and PU "New York" outsole give cushioning and grip for your sunset dance on Ibiza.
